Find Your Programs

Have any questions?

Absolutely. Every program offered at BizTech is approved by Ontario's Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (MTCU) – this is a must.
This means each one has been carefully reviewed, its curriculum: classroom learning, lab components and clinical requirements, to satisfy the province's stringent training standard.

We are different, you are right. Our Paramedic program is recognized in the province of Ontario by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. http://www.health.gov.on.ca/english/public%5Cprogram/ehs/edu/schools.html. What makes us different from other colleges is our graduates are thoroughly prepared to write their AEMCA exam in only 60 weeks!

Different from general sonography, this program focuses on cardiac chambers, vessels and valves, with vascular and circulatory systems. The demand for professionals with this speciality is growing! This program methodically prepares graduates to write the necessary industry exams for employment with Sonography Canada.

BizTech College works to make education and training accessible but there are things to consider when a student wishes to transfer credit; we need to meet with you to discuss, securing the academic integrity of a program and the academic performance/results expected. Applicants should come in and review.

This is a tough one. With so many choices available it is difficult to know sometimes what to do and where to turn. We get this question a lot! What you are drawn to, is normally a really good indicator. Look at what options are – do your market and industry research. Start with these questions: what are the career opportunities available, how about career future? Is their potential for professional development? What are the avenues to enter the field after finishing training? Cross-training skills-sets? What is the entry-level income?
Understand the program or field you wish to enter. What is required to begin employment, the particular training and soft skills employers look for? Will previous experience lend to future career prospects? What is your reason for training: a new direction? Growing skills-sets for lateral career movement or improving opportunities for promotion?

Yes we do! Worksite opportunities are invaluable, putting your training to work! Some of our programs have a mandatory component, these must be completed to graduate, other programs do not – if your program does not require placement but you wish to volunteer with an employer the college will help you locate a host-site.

BizTech College offers career counselling to help students find work in their field before they graduate! This involves helping you prepare your resume, offering interview critiques and assessments, helping you do position searches and where possible approaching employers on your behalf. A graduate’s success is our greatest achievement and best recommendation!

Great question! We provide unlimited, free exam certifications vouchers! At a glance, your certification can:
• Provide employers with an objective standard of what you can do
• Identify a clear IT career commitment and willingness to train
• For some HR’s, certification is all they look at!
• Lead to greater salary and increased promotion opportunities
• Boost your professional picture
